Detached villa · Athens Riviera · 280 m²
Per-room climate control with wall thermostats in every living space, shutters that follow the sun to keep the house cool in summer, and scene-based lighting for the open-plan living areas. Away from the villa, the owners monitor temperature, energy and security through the Homematic IP app.

Apartment · Athens · 95 m²
A city apartment where each room heats independently — saving energy in rooms that are barely used. Door and window contacts, motion detectors and a siren form a smart alarm that arms itself when the family leaves and can be checked or silenced from the app.

Renovated apartment · Thessaloniki · 110 m²
A fully renovated apartment where lighting, shutters and heating are controlled from the Glass series design units on the wall — no visible switches. Lighting scenes cover dinner, film night and working from home; shutters close automatically at dusk and before strong summer sun.

Detached house · Crete · 180 m²
A family home with a large Mediterranean garden. The irrigation actuator waters the garden on schedules adjusted to the weather sensor's readings, so plants get exactly the water they need. The owners spend months abroad and keep an eye on the house, its energy use and the garden entirely through the app.
